I am a person that has to have my hair done. this was some of the best hair I have ever received. Which is good because I am a mom and I have to save up to buy myself anything so I hate spending so much money on hair but I'm glad I found this. The hair is soft, I barely got any shedding, it came plucked. I didn't have to do any customizing . I have received so many compliments on my hair and I referred every last person. Great product you have another loyal customer.
